Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy:

• Delivery will be done through reputed courier company.

• Delivery will be free of cost on any item above AED. 100. Delivery charges will be applicable for any item below AED. 100 or special clearance items.

• Delivery will be done in 2-5 working days based on the product.

 

Return Policy:

        Customer can return the item within 14 days after receiving the goods, for any reason except the below mentioned terms.

1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery.
2. If the Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as customer received it.
3. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies etc.
4. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
5. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
6. Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
7. Fragile items, hygiene related items.

• If your purchase is found to be counterfeit, customers will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees payed.
• If the item customer have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, customers will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
• If any product is returned by the customer, we will take care of the return shipping costs.

Returns: Fitness & Sports Equipment

All Fitness & Sports Equipment’s are not refundable once installed, if any mechanical defect on the equipment’s, the product shall be replaced or repaired free of charge.

Once received the returned order, the refund payment will be processed in 7-14 working days

Please note: our couriers do not collect any unpackaged goods.

Cancellation Policy :

All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by e-mail only. If you wish to cancel or return goods please e-mail our Customer Service Department at the address, please email [email protected]

No cancellation of order will be accepted after 14 days from delivery of goods.

Goods that we don’t normally stock, are not part of our core product line or are specially specified by customers are classed as ‘made to consumer specification’ and therefore are not covered by distance selling regulations.
